Cut the yarn.
Take cardboard. Measure the diameter of the green circle and cut out the appropriate circle from cardboard.
Connect the two parts side out. Crochet in the round with slip stitches grabbing the back half loops.

When you have crocheted half of the round, insert the cardboard circle under the green circle.

Take green yarn. Attach the yarn for last front stitch of 18th round. Crochet in the round witc SC.

After the 18th round, continue to crochet on the 16th round without cutting the yarn. Continue to crochet until the 2nd round.

Tree Trunk
Brown yarn
Round 1: 6 sc in Mr
Round 2: BLO 6 inc (12)
Round 3-5: 12 sc
Cut the yarn and leave end for sewing. To stuff sew the trunk to the front loops of the 3rd round.
